This piece is part of a collection of “For The HeARTof It” created to bring awareness to cardiovascular disease, especially from women. I speak from the heart, because at age 43 I had a 95% closed left anterior descending artery. My symptoms were mild, a little pressure on my chest after moderate exercise, light perspiration, tired. I thought I had walking pneumonia. I didn’t. fortuantely I went in just in time to get a stent. Now I have three. Please pay attetnion to symptoms, no matter how mild. 10% of all proceeds will be doanted to the American Heart Association for any art sold from the “For The HeART of it” collection.
