Know The Expiration Date

Today I was cleaning out the freezer/ refrigerator (yeah, I know, but I got a wild hair and decided to do cleaning instead of those wildly important goals I need to accomplish) and I noticed, ahem, a few items that had expired a looooooonnng time ago! Well, of course it got me to thinking about business and what has expired or is no longer working for me. We need to stay fresh and relevant, so take a few minutes every month to review the products and services you are offering, and if they are out of date or no longer serving you or your customer well, discard them and concentrate on what is giving value from your business.
