You Are The Expert

I believe people come to our place of business because we are the expert. If you are an interior designer, hairdresser,fashion designer or stylist, they want your opinion and artistic vision. They look to you to tell them what looks good. If you are selling products, they look to you because you are the expert and they value and need your opinion about which product is best for what they need. If you are a consultant, they come to you because you are the expert and they want your advice and knowledge to guide them about the best direction to follow or course of action to take. So as the expert, give them what they want.
