Emergency Plan

One of the women I know sent me notes on THE EMERGENCY PLAN she put in place for her business, given that she deals with children. I think this is a great idea, especially in light of all the things that are happening these days, (i.e.: shootings, earthquakes, fires). It doesn’t matter what kind of business you have, it is important to sit down and think about the things that could occur that would leave you vulnerable or in trouble and devise a workable plan to defuse chaos and ensure safety as much as possible, and furthermore, share that plan with employees or partners. After all, the girl scout motto is “Be prepared.”
