There Are Always Options

I was listening to the guy that started Tommie John’s Underwear in an interview today and when he decided to go all the way with the launch of his company, take the big leap and make it a full time thing after being layer off as a salesman for a pharmaceutical company in 2008, he took the attitude that if it failed, he always had options. He could go get another job, he could start something new, but that he had to take the chance. I like that attitude, and he is absolutely right. There are always options.
