We Can Learn Something From Everyone We Meet
Regardless of age, gender, experience, or expertise, I learn something from everyone I meet. I’ve often referenced how much I learn from my daughters. Not just the stuff you expect them to know, (like technical stuff since they are so up on the latest) but just stuff, from the practical to the absurd. They are willing to take chances that maybe I wouldn’t, but should. They look at things with a fresh (and often unjaded) perspective. They are smart and very on top of things. We each have a unique way of seeing the world, and can bring a lot to the table with our perspective. It doesn’t matter if you are two years old, (you can really learn a lot from a 2 year old’s persistence and determination), or 98 years old with more than 35,760 days of wisdom to share.
