Take Inventory
When I suggest you take inventory, I’m not talking about the kind where you determine how many products you have left to sell, and how many more you need to order to replenish your shelves, ingredients or materials you need to purchase to make your product, bars of soap you have left to wash your hands, or reems of paper to print out documents. I’m talking about inventory in your business of what’s working well. And I highly recommend you do this regularly.
It would be easy to say also what isn’t working but I’ll reserve that for another day. At this point, I recommend you simply concentrate on what you are doing well, what’s working and see how you can improve that service or product. As an example, if it is working that are doing deliveries and your customers love that, see what you can do to improve your delivery service and your customers will go mad with love and loyalty for you when they see how much you care.
And when you take inventory or stock of what you are doing well, give yourself a big pat on the back and celebrate that accomplishment.
