Keep Your Head Up

I went paddle boarding this morning and as it was only my second time, I needed a little refresher. As I was trying to rise from the kneeling position to standing, my friend Linnie yelled,  “don’t look down!”

Now looking down can be advantageous as it was when I was walking across the street one day and found a $100 bill, but, there are many times in life when it helps to keep your head up and your eyes on the path before you.
